A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). We do not offer a special withdrawal form; please prepare and send your own declaration of withdrawal.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you (excluding shipping costs and any customs duties) promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned complete with all accessories, in the original packaging and in an additional protective outer packaging. Returns that are missing the original packaging or that are sent without suitable outer packaging will not be accepted. Please do not send your return to us until you have received feedback from info@garos.ch . All returns without prior feedback from info@garos.ch will be irrevocably returned to the sender's address and the costs incurred will be charged. This ensures that your return can be processed correctly. Please wait for our instructions before sending the package.

Some items are not returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, as well as intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. The following items also cannot be returned:

- Gift vouchers

- Software products for download

- Items that are reduced (sale products, special offers, discount promotions).

- Custom-made or personalized products.

- Sealed items which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refund. Only items purchased at regular price can be returned within the 30-day return period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

In certain situations we cannot provide refunds (if applicable):

- Books with obvious signs of use

- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened

- Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error

- Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to post to your account.

exchange

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. Please first send us an email to info@garos.ch to request the exchange. Then send the item for inspection to the following address:

The item will be exchanged after checking for possible damage or defects. Damage caused by improper handling by the customer is excluded from the exchange policy

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs and any customs charges are non-refundable.
