Stainless steel screw cap opener

Tight screw caps can be opened more easily with additional leverage. The adjustable jar opener is fixed directly to the lid and supports controlled unscrewing – practical for jars of jam, preserves, sauces, and storage jars.

Practical opening aid for screw-top jars

The opener is adjusted to the lid size via the handy T-handle. The metal mechanism grips the lid from the side, while the wide handle allows for a well-controlled twisting motion. This may reduce the direct hand force required on smooth lids.

How to use the screw cap opener

1. Place the opener flat and centrally on the closed screw cap.
2. Turn the T-handle until the gripping elements firmly enclose the lid from the side.
3. Hold the jar steady with one hand and turn the fixed opener together with the lid counter-clockwise.
4. After opening, release the mechanism again and remove the lid opener.

Notes on application and care
